My device asks me to update the firmware, can’t download or install it and blocking any camera usage. I hate it so much Motion events missed in bunches even with cam plus

Hard to trust you now
My phone has Face ID on, but you log me out in the app the second time already. I thought that I’m in, no notifications, everything is alright, but it’s not true. Logging out is indeed a reason to think to change the service.

После последнего обновления начала зависать программа прям при открытии ее или через несколько секунд онлайн просмотра или переворачивания экрана в горизонтальную плоскость! Зависает постоянно!!!!!!!! Прошивку обновил на последнюю - это не помогло! Верните старую версию! Там все работало как часы!
Slow connection
I'v used Wyze cameras for years, but last year it's something strange going on with connection speed. I can wait for 1-2 min for live video. Worst thing is that I use Wyze Doorbell and cannot see who is pressing button behind the door, I just open notification and have to wait 1-2 min. It's unacceptably

Первая Камера перестала работать после обновления, по гарантии вторую прислали. Иногда может присылать уведомление о движении , хотя по факту в приложении выключена. Достаю с неё карту памяти, а она снимает оказывается всё время, независимо от статуса.
Problem with recording continuous motions.
I have 3 cameras also Cam Plus and one of them has the problem which I can’t understand the reason. I can see the camera catche the motion and stored it. When I want to watch the stored file, it freezes after 5-8 seconds. But I can see that the stored file length is 1 minutes or more. And this kind of problem appears 2-3 times a day. What I have to do to solve this problem?
Could you fix video export
Dear Support team, got a new bug today. Export works crappy way for videos consists out of two or more “motion pieces” separated by long “silent” timeframe - such videos will be exported as 6th or 11 hours long, while in fact there is only 4 minutes of motion capture (2m + 10hours of silence + 2m, will be exported as one 10h 4m video file). Exporting of such file always hangs Photo.app and some times iPhone gets freeze. I’m sure it works fine before and you guys will fix it. Thanks a lot.
