Yoga variety

Depending on how I feel in the morning I get to choose which practice I’ll use. I float between restorative and Hatha and it allows you to focus on body areas that need attention, hips, shoulders, back etc.

So great

AyJayRay on

I have been using this app for a couple years and am finally getting around to rating it. I love the flexibility to set different lengths and types of practice depending on what I need that day. It’s especially amazing when traveling so that I can do yoga in hotel rooms - I could do it without an app theoretically but I just can’t get myself to make up sequences on my own. Thank you for this app!

Best yoga/stretching app I’ve used! Very interactive and easy to understanding. Calming music with the option to play your own! It is not free but they give a pretty good trial and discounts for students. Really love using this app!
