Design a pace that works for you by varying the Transition Speed (amount of time to move between one pose and another) and Hold Length (amount of time you spend in the pose).

In addition to our 6 English speaking voices, all yoga practices are available in 6 other languages!

Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off from the user's iTunes Account Settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Easy to follow even for beginner
I just started out as a beginner to yoga due to my worsening condition of office syndrome. I go to yoga class twice a week and on the day that I dont go to class this app really helps me progress

The best yoga vibes!!!! Soft voices, great music, can pick any pace and focus zones. Great!
Great daily exercise app
Helps a lot to be free from lower back pain. Regular yoga gives you more freedom in joints and your movements are now relaxed and comfortable. I really like to have different set of exercises every day, that makes it much more interesting. Bottom line - the app totally worth it.

Best yoga App that suits everyone
This is the only yoga App that I never gave up on. It caters to my needs and as I progress it progresses with me. Never ever found a practice to be boring. I love it. Thank you Down Down team.
No need to go out for yoga if you have this.
Easy to practice your yoga routine. Good instructions and choices of background sounds. Subscription fee is affordable. I recommend this app.
