The app is a disaster. It always fails to generate OTPs. While other banking applications that we use generates OTPs diligently, SBI YONO app fails 90% of the time. The customer care always have one answer, it’s because of your mobile network that you face this issue. If it’s because of mobile networks, obviously other banking apps must also face this issue! The whole developer team of SBI Yono app needs to have a serious look in to their performance!
Issue with recieving OTP…too bad service
App is crashing on every attempt to registering biometric please fix the bug an make more enhancements on UI.
why need device registration as your service is for NRI then how to register device they using other countries sim card very poor service before your service is good only otp registration
After app update, i cannot be able to register again on app. It is really frustrating as sending sms to bank costing us every time. Please stop this app.. it is of no use
This is really crap . After update I am unable to login . It ask for registration and sent sms which cost me each time and failed . Same happed with OTP app as well.

After the update to latest verison, am unable to register into the app and not able to login. Message is sent frm my Sim ( same number which is registered with bank) to the bank number but still am getting error " unable to process ur request now, please try again after sometime". We are charged for each international messages sent to bank but this app does not work. I dont know why the developer is keeping quiet even after so many complaints regarding recent update to app Worst app from any bank. Thinking to close SBI account now. How can i use the indian sim abroad where some people stay outside the country average 1-2 years,

Trying to login many times and lost money for sms charge,international sms charge is very high from gulf region.kindly solve this issue.
