In shipment tracking it was recorded that the shipment was delivered. I contacted customer service and received an apology and a promise that the shipment would be with me by the end of the day. Did not happen! The next day I contacted them again but did not receive any response. I will not order from them again.

The old model was top notch, at least for the brand me and a groups of fans buy exclusively: sometimes rare items from past collections, great prices, regular promotions…it was a please to scroll down and discover random gold nuggets. Since mid 2022, “partners” sell the current collections at full price on Yoox (shows up as “starting from €…). The “bargain” spirit has been diluted. Sometimes you waste 10 minutes scrolling down through stuff you see in the shops at full price before you find real Yoox stuff. We still love you/Yoox, but you disappointed us

Customer care forms don’t send even though to request a country profile change it requests the form completion. Reverts back to FAQs, a horrible loop and I’ll shop elsewhere now. Buggy buggy buggy e-commerce platform, web version too. Very disappointed as was a good customer regularly shopping but with no ability to change profile country, thus delivery, there are no other options! Arrivederci

I have ordered from this app and I tried to track me parcel and it’s saying “sending back to sender” I don’t know what that means so if you could help me out that would be great and I’m giving this app a one star rating because it just not working for me

It is really slow sometimes, just freezes and doesn’t do anything, so you have to restart it, and of course your previous search isn’t saved. Whenever you try filter something, the button apply disappears somewhere, so filters are not working basically. Really, this app is sooo bad

The app is good but the Search does not work well,specially when you select more than one parameter/filter,it seems to loose the query index and you can’t find anything in the end.

Sono stata un SUPER CLIENTE YOOX …ho comprato davvero tanto! Purtroppo mi sono accorta che gli sconti applicati non sono veritieri! Aumentano il prezzo di partenza per poi applicare lo sconto ma alla fine si paga sempre di più!! Esempio qualche giorno fa stavo acquistando un maglione scontato a 402€ poche ore dopo hanno cambiato lo sconto…per assurdo scontando di più come percentuale ma la base del prezzo iniziale l’avevano alzato partendo da 646€ scontato l’avrei pagato 485€ per me si chiama Truffa!!!!!! Scandaloso! Vergognoso
