This is the first time I am paying for speedy delivery so I am hoping that I get it mid next week (this order has been placed Friday morning at 10:45) I says 3 working days so let’s see…🤔I have used the website a lot of times but always had standard delivery which always came on time.. This order is for a birthday present so it needs to be with me sooner rather than later… let’s see 🤞🏿

I used to order before but now as I follow my wish list to check the prices because of the almost everyday announced discounts I realise that the price remains the same or it’s more expensive, regardless the discount… I am tired of all those marketing strategies…

Very easy to use app, tons of options for cloths to pick and flexible ways to pay. The only filp side is that you need to be 100% sure what size you buy so you can avoid the return inconveniences. But that can be easily delt with by going to a local cloth store and testing cloth sizes.
Every year YOOX sends me a notification with a birthday discount code. Every year I try to use the code but the app says it’s ’not activated’ and then it cannot be retrieved again from the notification. What is the point of sending a code that cannot be used YOOX? What kind of birthday gift is that?!
YOOX is the best website I’ve used. Incredible low prices on designer labels. Used it several times and will continue to do so. Many thanks John
