Same clunky app
I’ve bought tons from Yoox for years right up till the delivery/rtn cost change. App has been like this for ages. Terrible search doesn’t find everything in chosen filters. Search a different way, resulting in 1000s of items and they appear if you can scroll for long enough. They’ve ‘updated’ it several times yet nothing changes. Awful UX needed revamp years ago. And £9 each for deliveries and returns?! Big change from free. Ignorant to reviews anyway, seem very aloof to me.

This is the first time I am paying for speedy delivery so I am hoping that I get it mid next week (this order has been placed Friday morning at 10:45) I says 3 working days so let’s see…🤔I have used the website a lot of times but always had standard delivery which always came on time.. This order is for a birthday present so it needs to be with me sooner rather than later… let’s see 🤞🏿
