Bad delivery
Bought 3 products so far, even when paying 8 euro (!) for sending I had to wait for 2 of the products 2 weeks to receive them! Zalando, Amazon, Bol.com deliver in 2 days…

Delivery takes too long - wrong description on items for sale
My order took in total 10 days to arrive - if I hadn’t texted the YOOX Customerservice 7 days after I made my order it would have taken longer - on top of that they indicated on two trousers I ordered that fitting was large when In fact it’s true to size - so I had ordered a size smaller and they did not fit me - on the order I had 20% reduction, which was gone - only got a free delivery - they promised me If my order arrived later than indicated ( which it was - 8 business days instead of 4-6 business days they would credit my delivery cost but up to now - they haven’t - I used to order a lot from YOOX - from 2008 till 2016 - I ordered almost every month items - but due to less good service I stopped buying with YOOX and it looks like I will keep on just occasionally buying something instead of buying more

The best ever online store Top selection Top service & communication…8 by yoox ***** The sales are on the poor side this season, no big markdowns as usual…..hopefully this changes again
