Really simple to use

Best compared to all competitors

It is faster and have more basic features to transact. There is room for improvement though when it comes on layout of application. Menus needs to look attractive

Spam Notifications

Ok… so I complained about this before and they actually removed the spam notifications for me, but there still isn’t an option to choose the type of notifications you want to receive. I just received 6 notifications of loyalty cards and special offers this morning…. NOT ACCEPTABLE the app overall is pretty good, but the forced spam is enough to make me want to remove it. If you give us the option to choose what notifications we get, you will have much less irritation coming from us. I am 100% sure you understand that your app without notifications is a terrible option, so you just force adds onto us… fix it or loose customers, both merchants and buyers as I am sure to complain about Zapper every time I see it

It works most of the time but sometimes it requires repetition before a payment finally goes through.

Double charged, occasionally just dies

Have been double charged before, tried to arrange a refund but it’s a nightmare. It also tends to fail, better to use Snapscan or pay cash

Link RCS card not working

Was this new feature tested or the dev team just doesn’t care
