No proper customer care support
This is absolutely ridiculous. You are not able to get into contact with this company. We tried 4 different numbers and 2 emails. No success. The app is absolutely useless und sends you into a loop of menu points if you need help. As the self-proclaimed ‚best choice‘, this is an embarrassment. If you have any issues with your booking, you are left alone. Good luck.

Car was clean and odor free. Host Mr. Anand ji was very polite and welcoming.
Host is very responsible. And car is very good condition.
Unnecessary asking for late fee charges and at the time of giving car they gave me 30 mins late with a dirty car unwashed n full of smoke smell and it was not getting unlocked automatically then host helped me she is very nice but while giving back the car zoomcar parking area was different then the host parking n she told me to park it where you took the car and there was no petrol when I took the car not even single dot and when I returned I gave them car with two dots of petrol n it was showing 60 kms remaining and when I took the car I went to petrol pump n filled petrol n got car washed properly which took my 1 hr extra time instead zoomcar asking me late fee charges for 15 mins
Had great experience driving the zoomcar for the second time. Experience has been fabulous and definitely recommended!!
