Help and support just bounces you off a small list of FAQs. There’s quite a few bugs. Can’t access my account on app. Ergo, unable to cancel my reservation which I made on desktop/web. ZERO customer service access right now because of the chatbot which is useless. And money potentially wasted. Zoomcar once upon a time was much easier to use.
Don’t want to give even a single star.. This is a fraud..I paid 33,000 INR for a car that was not available as per the local person. As per local person Rohan Godse the car was already booked and it was a mistake from Zoomcar. Now I’m not able to get the refund and if I cancel I lose 50% of amount. There is no way to reach Zoomcar directly. The bigger problem is that Rohan Godse made sure that I don’t cancel my booking till the actual pickup time so that he gets 50% even if the booking get is cancelled later. I would ask Zoomcar to provide me 100% refund and would recommend everyone not to get trapped by this fraudulent company

The policy and available car were great. I booked an automatic car. Because of availability I had to travel 35kms to pickup location. They delivered a manual car. Which I declined. The solution provided was to cancel the car and get full refund. This is a good solution for the company but not for me. My trip got cancelled. My pickup was from airport and it was an important trip. When all my docs and pics are throughly verified, why the vehicle was not verified properly? I lost a lot of time and money. Why there is no reserves or backup in case of emergency? The customer care only provides the obvious solution of cancelling the trip and not trying to help the customer. Nor the executive neither the seniors could give a solution to cover their mistake.
Booking number - JPSNCO8FH for the mentioned order, I received a car which was full of scratch and accidents. The person dropping the car was owners driver and asked me not to report the scratches. Looking at the situation of the car, I decided not to take the car. Now I am trying for refund but there is no contact to get it smoothly. I have the pictures of the car.
First you keep on sending notification to apply coupon code for first booking blah blah, then it doesn’t work when you apply. - The help option is pathetic, as only your defined problems can be answered, if anything else I need to know, I can’t. - No customer care number. - there is no option to know more about Car feature you wanna hire. - Car customisation option if needed to be discussed by owner is not possible. In India there is real need of Good self driven car service provider, like Sixt.
They won’t respond to Emails. And without existing booking can’t connect to customer support via phone number.
No proper customer care support
This is absolutely ridiculous. You are not able to get into contact with this company. We tried 4 different numbers and 2 emails. No success. The app is absolutely useless und sends you into a loop of menu points if you need help. As the self-proclaimed ‚best choice‘, this is an embarrassment. If you have any issues with your booking, you are left alone. Good luck.
