Horrible no customer service
There is no option to contact cs. Only a chatbot that only lists standard questions. Horrible and very bad service. I get a message that i alledgedly have been “ blacklisted”. No explanation and no way to correct this

Cancelled car after the booking time started. All may plans for accommodation are wasted
I booked my car. I got messages that my booking is confirmed. Four hours before the ride received the approved booking with the car details. However to my nightmare when I went to pick the car, I noticed that my documents were not verified. I made the payment and I tried to reach the CC but there is no direct way to reach the CC. CC does not recognise my phone number and says, it’s not the right number and disconnects. I couldn’t get the car when I wanted to. CC is horrendously bad.
I have used a lot of apps and never really reviewed anything if it was bad but i had to with this. The whole process up to booking your car works perfect but the second they got your money customer service is unreachable. They will literally cut the phone on you after 2 minutes on being on hold (this happend 4 times now) and you can “email” them and they will get back to you asap hahaha
I never got the refund and u can’t call them after the trip completed so please listers the customer care (cheaters) promising I pr fee to rate in (-) unfortunately this not available also you will not get any response by email completely fed up this hopeless service
Dear Zoom cat team, I had bad experience with my last 3 bookings. Issues are related to assign the cars which are not in condition to drive, late delivery( 7 hours late in car arrival) Customer team is not helping promptly on rebooking / refund requests. Customer support team not able to help to update my contact on my profile ( I was not able to change due to technical issues. Poor customer support team. They are irresponsible and immature while handling the my refund requests and managing my bookings
No proper customer care support
This is absolutely ridiculous. You are not able to get into contact with this company. We tried 4 different numbers and 2 emails. No success. The app is absolutely useless und sends you into a loop of menu points if you need help. As the self-proclaimed ‚best choice‘, this is an embarrassment. If you have any issues with your booking, you are left alone. Good luck.
