For four years in a row!

This app keeps me going. When I’ve lost momentum, Alo moves lakes it really simple to pick it up fast!

Dylan Werner is incredible for any athlete looking to improve performance

Very good app for athlete, i use it to practice strength stretching rehab and breath everyday

All my saved library of classes had disappeared

When I removed the app and tried to load it again it does not allow me to sign in

Poor support if something is not working

Today still not working for a several hours and no any notifications sent to users

Great videos, subpar app

Nice workouts and engaging instructors. Unfortunately, no integration with Apple health. The video got stuck somewhere doing my workout, but the audio kept going. The community aspect of this app isn’t really there. It’s hard to find friends and even quite difficult to log your own workouts.

Nice but can be better

I like few of the exercices but it’s really messy for chrome casting it. If I give up this app it will be because chrome casting doesn’t work. Otherwise it would be nice to have some more new exercices comming in and the calendar and stats doesn’t work in my app 🙁. It’s a pitty. Thanks.

Amazing

The classes available on the app are just wonderfull. This is exactly what I was looking for. An app with progressions to improve certain skills.

Find your place

You need some time to find the right classes but once you got them you gradually can improve. Select the yoga and teacher that fits your body, mood and get into it.
