My Apple Subscriptions shows that I have two weeks of active trial period on the app. But still the app does not unlock any videos for me. I would never pay money for an app that doesn't even deliver their Free Trial promise. Seems unreliable.
A year ago, i bought one year subscription to Alo Moves. I checked app store during new years, and it did not show Alo Moves on my ”subscriptions”. I was okay with that because I was planning not to continue my subscibtion since I a) can’t afford it b) i have other ways of doing yoga and barre which i bought the app for. However, I got a notification I was charged another year for 199€ with no heads up. I come from Finland and english is not my native language. I feel betrayed and if (most likely) they don`t refund I feel really bad using the app and taking the classes. Because you just cant live off from yoga, you need money for food too, you know.
I had big expectations for this, I loved the visuality, but I couldn’t find any free workouts (like HIIT), only some yoga. For people looking for yoga classes this could be nicer.
App works well and the classes are fine too. But I can’t continue supporting a company that sued one of their teachers (and still using them for advertising) when teacher asked to take her classes down.
Nice variety, beautiful videos, interactive.
Easy to use; good customer service. I like to use it as a support to my daily yoga practice.
I wanted to try this i just signed up today for 2 weeks of free trial then i get charged $99 what happened to the free trial and i wouldn’t get charged till after January 15 ?? What a scam!! I don’t even know if i am comfortable to keep this app i hate this
I’m excited to start Alo move! I just purchased this app, and used Apple Pay to purchase a one year subscription. Apple Pay charged my credit card $99. When I logged into the app, there was no record that a purchase has been made. I had to call Alo twice. The first rep, Sebastian was not helpful. He mentions glitch between Apple Pay and Alo. He told me to cancel with Apple Pay, and repurchase. I called again and Tina was the customer rep who was helpful. Don’t use apply pay to buy anything. Go to the website to purchase the subscription. Now, I have to dispute the charges with apply pay. If they don’t refund me, I’ll try with my credit card.
I was so exited to start my yoga journey and i downloaded this app because I heard it was completely free and I tried to start a workout but it didn’t let me do it for free it kept saying I have to unlock it for this crazy price really upset!do not download for ur own good!
I’ve been a customer several years. Enjoy the functionality on my phone and my iPad, but the Apple TV version needs a major update.
