App doesn’t work for IPhone

Downloaded it three times and I never get past the Welcome / Sign in step, very frustrating as I really wanted to try the app out

Not working

It is a scam, i payed one month and I never got the app unlocked. Never managed to access to the content

Love it… when it works

Love the app and I am in my second year subscription, but videos won’t play anymore since about 1week. I tried everything recommended on the website to troubleshhot but nothing works.I got No answer from their support center.I am at lost! I Used to use the app almost everyday. The barre classes are amazing. I will put the 5 stars back if someone can finally help be fix the bug!

No access, no answer

Paid the yearly subscription, worked well for some time. But suddenly couldn’t access the courses anymore and I get no answer from their support. Very frustrating and disappointing

New app Not as good

I really loved Alo at the beginning, amazing yoga teachers, and a very simple app, with one click you could start your class. Now it’s all about fitness, much more studio and less authentic videos, and the new design we’re you need to go through the intro to get to the classes is not an improvement. I also really liked that I could see on the playlists which videos I’ve already played without clicking on the video, and that’s also gone…. It seems ppl who design these changes don’t use the app😞

I love to workout in my livingroom and pick a trainer and a movement and off I go! Such great content for any movement goal 😍

A sneaky app

Be wary of this app. Most apps are designed so that your subscription shows up in the App Store but for this app it does not. I was charged for one month despite having uninstalled the app and not used it. I normally install an app, accept the trial and go to the subscriptions tab and cancel to avoid being charged if I lose interest. In this case it did not show up where I expected. This is an oversight that should be corrected.
