Alo has over 2000 professional videos, yoga, barre, HIIT, meditation, core work, you name it. What I love most about Alo is their series and workshops that lets you grow and learn new skills. I have been a member for 6 years, it never gets boring.
I absolutely adore Alo moves because I get to connect with te absolute best yoga teachers in the comfort of my home. So soothing and yummy😝
Virkelig smart app. Super nem måde at træne på, uden man behøver besøge fitness centeret. Man køber sig til workouts lavet af professionelle som ved hvad de taler om. Jeg kommer til at bruge den rigtig meget til både min styrketræning og yoga!

Runs smoothly and excellent content.
The content is superb. The app is good too but it hangs/stalls every once in a while. That's the reason for "only" for stars.
App content is great, but anytime I browse classes for a longer period of time the app freezes, lags, or glitches.
Works really well. I wish the recommended workouts were more tailored to my wants. That is, I am looking for strength focused yoga that doesn’t require extreme flexibility. The questionnaire you complete to generate recommendations does not adequately do this.
Hi, I signed up for a free 2 week trial. I went on the Apple TV app to use it and it said: “this operation can’t be completed. I was already logged on the Alo app when I saw it. What is going on?
The content and library of classes is great. The app and technology is poorly organized, difficult to navigate, and completely different depending on which type of device you’re using.
