Doesn’t work and no help

Subscribed and it worked for a while then blocked access to videos ao I had an active subscription and couldn’t watch them. Tried to get help and it said there should be agents on then when I contacted there were none.

Pay so much $$ for an unusable app

This app is almost unusable. From opening it to searching, scrolling, clicking, loading, rewinding, fast forwarding, saving, downloading….You name it, this app has a problem with it! I pay $30 nzd a month for this, that’s a lot, you’d think Alo would have the funds to make an actual functioning app. I’ve used Alo for years and through out this time (and many price increases along the way) I think the app has actually gotten worse. I Finally got annoyed enough to write a review. Sort it out Alo, you take enough of people’s money the least you can do is provide your end of the deal 😊

Some badly designed features

Fairly good overall except it forces horizontal video view by default and forces spatialized audio in the videos which is just unpleasant and disorientating when you’re working out with headphones

Super glitchy app

Considering the amount you’re paying for a membership you’d expect a smooth functioning app. I constantly have trouble with it freezing, not scrolling properly, jumping around randomly in search results. It used to be fine but the last couple of months it’s been awful. Alo - please do something about your horribly buggy app!!!

Not happy

I signed up for the free trial and struggled to find how to cancel, was then charged for a whole year and have had no responses to my request for a refund. I have never had a fitness app be so unhelpful, I’ve used SWEAT and FitOn and both are more transparent and have better responses. And hard to find suitable classes. Disappointing

Paid but locked out of classes

I’ve email you to ask for help and still no response so now I am reviewing you as I would like to know why the app keeps locking classes and saying my subscription is valid. Help

My new favourite ap

I recently quit the gym and needed a go-to for my workouts and was thrilled to find Alo Moves. I love that it is yoga and barre focused, it has a range from hard out to relaxation sessions and that you can log your sessions. I love that there are series, too. I was active at my favourite gym for ten years and thought I’d miss it, but I don’t with Alo Moves.

What a treat to practice with amazing leaders in my own home. I have quit the gym and focus now on my practice and have gained strength and discipline from doing what I love, thanks Alo!

Login doesn’t work

Trying to login on with FB on iPad and nothing happens.

Cancel membership doesn’t work

Cancelled my membership but it didn’t work and now I can’t get a refund.
