Terrible service all around

Monday I received my first package. Tuesday I received the second. Wednesday the third one came in (the shoes). Since then, every package has been delayed. I argued and disrespected everybody until I finally got my shoes on Friday. Now it’s Saturday — and nothing has been done for my other packages. I told them clearly: give me all my packages at once and have everything before Monday. It didn’t happen. I got the shoes, but not the rest. One star. I’m never using Amazon again. I will delete this app serves no purpose .

Loving the International shipping experience

Amazon is my “go to” for my online shopping. I am able to easily browse and compare items and use the reviews to help my decision. The fact that there is a summary of the reviews makes it even better. I love the recent International shipping as I can now use my Jamaican address and receive my packages easily. Love my Amazon shopping experiences thus far.

No Support For Caribbean People

Had the worst experience ever, couldn’t get my $100 refund because it was sent to a freight forwarder company and they have no proof it was sent. No photo or nothing. They refused to help because of where it was sent to as if that made me not receiving the item less true. Caribbean people support y’all so much yet you can’t show the same love. Lost all trust in this company over $100. I’ve read the police about freight forwarder company and it’s just ridiculous. Make shipping more accessible in the Caribbean.

Scamming on Amazon

For over almost 2 years I can’t use my Amazon account,I sent emails and all stating that I can’t use my account but now they’ve been sending emails about suspicious activity with account Amazon is shady smh

Best option around

First time officially using Amazon but I’ve ordered before through others and I have to say it is the best option around. Even without having Amazon prime the delivery dates are always very quick and items are of top quality
