Amazon - Shopping made easy

My items I ordered fast took way too long to be shipped I had to cancel and place another order. When I was requested to approve an order, it kept showing error and the customer care didn't really help to resolve the issue.

In the last 2 months or so the app has been a complete PIA. I keep on getting asked to login in - my fingerprint isnt working and with 2m passwords and other things to remember who wants to go back to the stone age!?!? The app also has problems with the prime. It has happened to me a few times; something is labelled as prime and on actual check-out, I have to pay for shipping... or it is coming all the way from bloody CHINA so I have to wait 2 - 3 weeks for it to get delivered. I don’t know who is being sneaky - is it Amazon, the Chinese sellers or it is an honest glitch. Whatever it is, it is not very AMAZONLY and it is really making the whole AMAZON experience quite hellish. I have been using Amazon UK AND USA since 2003 (Different usernames) and this is the worst it has ever been. I really hope you fix this.. whatever it is...

If my husband didn’t know better, he would think I’m having an affair with all prime delivery drivers! Lol

Amazon has been good for me for MANY years this is a very good app but recently I’ve been trying to get in to Amazon but then my screen turns black then kicks me out. Idk if it’s a glitch or someone’s hacking me but if it’s a glitch PLEASE fix it! 👍 - Love 💗 ✨Gisselle✨🫶🏼

I keep receiving my orders without any protection and the orders arrive damaged and the customer service people just don’t care and won’t offer any up they will just tell you “we understand your concerns” then tell you there’s nothing else they can do. Don’t order anything expensive you want to arrive in good condition because it won’t this happened to me multiple times one time I was even told just to fix it myself.!
