IOS 18.3
Since my HomeKit and my iPhone 16 pro max upgrade to iOS 18.3 my August door lock becomes unsupported and no response. I need to use the August app solo to control my lock. Can you tell me does your app will upgrade to support the HomeKit or I need to buy another one.

All I need is a lock that I can easily unlock the door and get notifications from it. Just one thing that it seems it doesn’t have is allow Time Sensitive Notification on iphone when during the sleep mode is turned on. Hope someon can advise on this?
Widget not functioning in IOS15
Wonderful app perfect for my august smart lock. I enjoy using the widget which is the most convenient way to unlock, but the widget function crashed after upgrading to iOS 15. Waiting for a fix for this glitch.
Not real time
Why the latest version is worse than ever? ! It doesn’t show the status real time, it shows the status like an hour before. Not sure it’s “delayed” or lost connection, because HomeKit keeps saying August not responding at all. I can still open the door by clicking the app even it says the door ‘Open and Locked’.

Can't add august smart lock pro into homekit in the app.
Guest mode not working, insufficient levels of security
Installed August WiFi Lock (4th) week ago. Invite other as guest, guest couldn’’t connect to lock thus can’t use. You can only choose either as owner or guest, obviously only two choices not sufficient. Shall add 2 more (1) owner + admin : for setting and avoid other owner (eg kids to invite other / alter critical setting) and (2) employee : can use auto lock/unlock function, read his feed and get ajar notification. The quality of lock is very good overall, despite connectivity with WiFI sometimes unstable. If can show battery level it’s better such that u can check before your long trip.
Coding variable being displayed
The current version, 10.11.0, and the previous one got a number of areas that the coding variable is being displayed instead of the user-friendly words. E.g. in ‘House Settings’, it is showing ‘SETTINGS_HOUSE’, ‘house_name_and_photo’, etc
Every time upgrade getting worst
Lock and cam get worst connection, even using an AX router
