Very useful and easy to use !!

Funciona a la perfección, lo único tienes que buscar una cerradura que sea compatible con la smart August para su instalación

La aplicación no gira automáticamente en iPad o similares, tiene un retardo muy alto a la hora de que alguien llame al timbre, no salta automáticamente la llamada al timbrar, solo una notificación y tienes que acceder a ella para no perder la visita... La integración con Alexa y otros sistemas en España es nula... Estuve probando el de Nest, ahora asociado con Google y quitando que este es mas estético (a mi gusto) y que controla las cerraduras, por el resto, está quedándose muy atrás, es una lástima ya que la idea era muy buena, pero después de un año la app sigue en pañales y sin apenas mejoras de accesibilidad o integración, se nota que le que la diseñó no la usa a diario.

No funciona en iPad Air 1 En iPhone funciona muy mal no suena el teléfono cuando pulsa el timbre. Solo manda una notificación y tarda mucho a veces más de 5 minutos en llegar.

Parece magia. Antes las puertas con una App 😱

I am happy with this smart lock, I just wish August would include an option to temporarily disable auto-lock for when you are doing some home work outside.

Generally a good app if you only own one August lock, but I’m very disappointed with how it handles adding additional locks in the same household. For example I added a second lock to my house, and I can’t grant access to that lock for existing users. I have to delete each user and re-add them before I can see the new lock under their profiles. Also when editing codes for a user, it acts like it expects me to be within Bluetooth range of all of my locks at the same time while saving the new settings, which is results in timeouts and warnings while trying to save. When you invite a new user, they get separate text messages for each lock, and they have to set the PIN on each lock separately. I have one original August lock and several new Yale Assure 2 Touch locks with fingerprint readers. Please improve the multi-lock experience for five stars.

I’ve been please with all of my August Locks in managing my properties however my biggest problem is difficulty setting temporary guest lists when i’m in a different time zone. When I'm in PST and trying to give lock access in CST, i have to make sure I put it two hr’s back. There should be a way to set your time zone without having to do this extra step which is extremely annoying. Additionally, there should be a way to edit the temporary time frame of an guest invite sent (incase it was done wrong the first time). Right now, i have to wait for my guest to make an account and then adjust it. By that time, the task is far from my mind and becomes one more annoying thing to do.
