app doesnt even open in iphone 7

I love be real app me and my friends love it. It is real helps to capture memories, especially for me. Lot of things or have been captured. Also about my girl. I have feelings for in real. I have posted from the yearly times of with my girl and later, I get to know that she is not mine. She’s taken, throughout all days, all of those memories have been recorded in the app in the everyday basis when from first outing with my girl, first date with my girl to last time, when I met her, she told me she is not single everything is in is documented

app has been running great for the past 2 years but now somehow it always hangs and runs super slow, sometimes it takes 5-6 time just to reopen the app

The app is not opening, i click on it and it glitches and it switches off on its own

i am using 11 and bereal lags so much the moment i open it, it closes again. if it opens (rarely) the app is so laggy and its not like my phone is broken because my other apps work properly without any lags but this happens only with bereal pls fix it

Why have you guys removed the BTS option where we could take 5-7 secs long video bytes, to encapsulate our BeReal image!???? That was the highlight of the app. We could take these videos and look back in our memories and see an actual time capsule but now we just have random images. No information of that exact moment is with us anymore! I miss that. Dont think i can keep using the app for long if they dont get back the BTS video feature. I mean there was always an option to switch BTS off, so why would you remove it entirely??? Please consider bringing it back! I never write these reviews, but I HAD TO. Since BeReal was my mom’s and I’s fav app.
