Big Bus Tours

I have been to London before and this time was with friends who only had a day trip. We jumped on the Big Bus to see all the major sites. It started badly as they had a diversion and did not go past St Paul’s and the London Bank due to traffic, the other companies were still operating normally. No indication from the driver until we asked what was happening. We were assured no other diversions. Unfortunately when we got to Hyde park loop we were told to change Bus which missed the west side of Hyde park, Albert Hall, Kensington etc. We ended up getting off and using Lime bikes to see Hyde park. Stay away.

Was told via email to download the app and see our route around Darwin that we purchased tickets for only to find no Darwin on the app

Liton was an excellent help for us when we got on at the Colosseum and we had problems with our tickets. We were very relieved to have his help!

Loved the tours in Sydney, the customer service was great as well. Booked tickets through the app, everything worked fine. Would definitely recommend

Good but earphones are shot and do not work

Would be nice if the air con was on or working. Especially on a bus for an hour

What a fabulous service and such a great way to see all the main sites on offer. I’d thoroughly recommend going for the 2 day pass otherwise it’s a lot to fit in one day. Quick service, helpful guides and we loved the top deck!

I waited hours for a bus and they said it was too bad, it’s a normal occurrence. Most of the time the busses were showing as offline in the app.
