Big Bus Tours

This is the worst tourist app ever. I’ve been living the bigbus tour for over 10 years now and I was so excited to use their up but it turned out to be a big failure. I bought a ticket via the app and it’s not working and no one helped so I had to buy a new one from the ticket office.

Easy way to a great tour for those want have their way of freedom traveling

The driver in San Francisco are so stupid Chinese garbage .

They made us wait 1.5 hours and we got stuck in traffic cause they kept making us wait and they gave no refunds and the 130$ for the boat Tour was not Worth it and they did not let us down the stairs to warm up and we where not moving the whole thing was 4:30-8:00 it sucked

BigBus London. App is fine for route planning, but real time bus info is useless. Ended up having to switch to public transportation, making the fee for BigBus a complete waste of money.

Big Bus made it soooo easy to tour different places in Dublin and we were never disappointed! I love the fact that they even had WiFi on the bus because it allowed us to prepare for the next portion of our vacation without having to spend money on a SIM card or international plan for data. I’d definitely recommend their tours.

The app is not particularly intuitive. It was hard to see the sight markers because the bus icons were in the way. The maps that the bus driver handed out could have a little more information. The driver passed the first stop before everyone could figure out what was happening. Several on the bus had wanted the first stop. The audio took 4 stops to sink up with the where the bus was. Also 90 degrees and no air conditioning. 🥵
