Приложение дрянь. Поддержка ужас

The driver cancelled the ride as we arrived at the airport then tried to charge us €45 on a card machine. He told us he was taking us the toll roads and it cost more but he did not as i was checking where we were going on maps. There is no way to complain on the app… they don’t seem to care

If you are a Tourist i will not recommend this App. The guy charges us 4x compare to uber. On this app it will not give you estimate amount how much you pay. The driver charge me 1800 TL from Arnavutkoy to Fatih. Never use your card on this app you will not have a choice but to pay. When you put a complain the contact us doesn't work. I am very disappointed.

Perfect Taxi App to use in Turkey

All taxi drivers are scammers. Even the ones using this app. They will get you to cancel the fare and negotiate a “cheaper” fare which is another scam because it will be twice the cost. They will also waste your time by accepting the fare and cancelling. The app itself is ok but the taxi drivers are scum.

Terrible app. Regardless of the price shown on the app, drivers can still charge whatever they want. When you try to leave a 1 star review for a driver, it automatically defaults to a 4.5 star review which you can’t edit. Prepare to get ripped off if you are using this app.

I used btaxi for 10 days now, and it was the best trip I had. Clean car, no smoking, no bad smell, and a very good behavior driver.

Drivers in taksim square don’t accept fares on the app and ask 3 a 4 x fare price to go anywhere.

The app seemed fine until I put my details as I was wanted to set it up which failed. No verification code received ! The worst part is I couldn’t reached the customer service via messaging!

App works. Istanbul taxi drivers still try scam by calling your phone number via app to sus out if foreigner or not then start to “barter” - demand 5x higher price than quoted on app. Managed to get 1 out of 4 honest drivers.
