Удобно, честно, все видно в приложении. Машины чистые, водители пока хорошие попадались. Оплатить можно через приложение, картой у водителя или наличными. Почти как Яндекс такси :)

I haven’t managed to get a single taxi either to the hotel or to the center of Alanya. Only waiting and waiting. Also, it seems that the function to pay with card is just an empty attraction. Haven’t seen a single person who managed to pay by card.

There is no point in having this app as the driver can manually edit the final price to whatever amount. I got billed exactly 500 TRY (what a coincidence right?) for a 10km ride that was 215 TRY on the Taximeter. I spent lot of time on calls with Bitaksi support, the price was reduced to 350, so I was still ripped off by over 100 TRY.

Total rubbish. If you’re a forreiner drivers will always rip you off. I’ve tried to pay with card online. Not possible.. driver found the way out. Second time I’ve tried to pay with cash and he started to drive with ridiculous ammount on the meter. Avoid it. Save yourself a hustle

Seriously, this is a joke. Adding card to the application, no problem, payment - cannot be processed. Advice from support - pay cash or call the police?!?!? This is a joke…

Taxi drivers just do whatever they like, independently of the app. Some of them request you to turn off the app while on ride. If you do no consent, they simply take another route.

Güzel bir uygulama.Hep iyi puanlı sürücüleri yolluyor fakat bazen bazı eşşekler konum hatalı olunca yanlış yerde gelip ,nerede olduğumu sormayıp çağrıyı iptal ediyor.Çağrı iptal olunca ise 25 TL gibi bir fiyat ödemeniz gerekiyor.
