bitaksi - your taxi!

Таксисты обманщики и это никак не контролируется. В службу поддержке невозможно отправить сообщение. Рейтинг поездки автоматически выставляется 5 звезд.

I booked a trip from beyoglu to uskudar, the taxi came and he just canceled the trip when I got in the car without telling me. There is no notification on my app that the driver canceled the trip, it doesn’t even show up in the order history so I can’t trace the taxi license. The driver ended up scamming me; taking me to a very long road and I ended up having to pay him double the price through his personal card machine. I tried to complain to bitaksi through their help feature on their app, and you know what? The help feature has a bug. This is so unacceptable. There is no point in using this app, it doesn’t guarantee your safety or good customer service. You will get scammed anyway.

If u are solo traveller like me,never use this taxi, driver will stop not in your destination and ask for more money outside the application, if you don't give it he will strangle you and threaten to hit you in the face, I experienced this in Istanbul, when I called customer service there was no response at all,driver name is Zafer A, Taxi number 34 TCT 65,ur driver really show the quality of ur company,treating female tourist very bad👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻when i go turkey again i will never use bitaksi anymore

drivers are asking for a higher price than the app shows. support doesn't respond at all.

I just want to warn foreigners to use this taxi service. Especially if you are a girl and don’t speak Turkish I highly don’t recommend to use this taxi. It’s just not safe. I will describe my experience below. I used this taxi 3 times. 2 times everything was fine and the price was according to the taximeter and was not more than the maximum indicated in the app. But last time I ordered taxi and the final price was little less then 100 lira in by taximeter (kadikoy-taxim) but the driver stopped without taking me to the place and began to demand that I pay extra 68 lire for “the bridge”. I said that I already paid him 100 (and he didn’t give me a change btw, but ok) and in does not indicate any additional costs in app but the driver became aggressive and started yelling at me and trying to grab my hands I don't speak Turkish and he didn't speak English so I was confused and almost cried. he apparently sent my number to his friends, who called me and introduced as the support service and they began to demand money from me on English language. I was alone and nobody helps me. So I paid him just he stop yelling. I was terrible and scary. I came to Turkey for long term, but lesson learned and i will never order this taxi again and will warn all expat community. I tried to find the taxi number and driver in the app, but it looks like there is no trip history or I can't find it. maybe that's why drivers feel like they can extort money and be aggressive

Güzel bir uygulama.Hep iyi puanlı sürücüleri yolluyor fakat bazen bazı eşşekler konum hatalı olunca yanlış yerde gelip ,nerede olduğumu sormayıp çağrıyı iptal ediyor.Çağrı iptal olunca ise 25 TL gibi bir fiyat ödemeniz gerekiyor.

Toplasan 2-3 kere kullandığım uygulama beni ne sebeple engelledi hala bilmiyorum..!

Taksici kabul ediyor çağrıyı 5 dk sonra iptal ediyor böyle böyle kaç saat taksi bekledim allah belalarını versin. En son 50 tl bahşiş koydum öyle geldiler hemen, gittiğim yönden de geri dönmek zorundaydım aynı taksiyle döndüm indi bindi yerine daha yüksek ücret istedi ama hastaneden hastamı almak zorunda olduğum için kavga etmedim bi turda taksici dolandırdı. Allah belalarını versin hepsinin haram olsun.
