Absolutely useless in Istanbul. Taxi drivers want extra money into their hands, so they avoid using any app that makes their transaction and taximeters transparent

In istanbul availability of getting a taxi on request in a few minutes is priceless!

absolutely useless app... you can't call a taxi, no one will go, don't waste your time...

Ехать восемь минут до отеля. Приложение показывало 300 лир, когда приехал приложение показало 1500 лир. Водитель нагло улыбался. Надеюсь он и его жена обосрутся жидким поносом.

I downloaded this app yesterday evening, added my card and today morning I have been scammed Last place where I wrote my card number was this app. Therefore this app is scammers. Refund my money!!

Bitaxi user’s guide: The driver can't explain where the airport pickup point is. The driver starts a ride without you. You pay almost 20 euros. Say goodbye to your money 👋 There is no any chat to write to customer help service, you can only call :)))) Resume: you’d better to get taxi on the street, or use other taxi app (it have many problems too… but it works at least). Bitaxi is the worst taxi app I’ve ever used.

Today I ordered a taxi from Taksim to Istanbul. The application showed the cost of the large car around 827-1076 Turkish lira. The taxi driver accepted the order and came to pick me up. In the middle of the trip you realize that the trip has been cancelled! I suspect the taxi driver had his trip canceled to charge me extra (illegal road cost and low speed due to heavy traffic). At the end of the trip, the driver was asking for much more that 1076 Turkish lira. I don't see any benefit of the application from a regular taxi if the driver ride can be canceled easily.

Every driver in Istanbul try to stole your money a thousand different ways , support doesn’t help, they just add some bridge payments for 300 try or 500 try, and if you not agree just speak loud on Turkish .
