الاعطال تأخذ وقت طويل لاصلاحها والمبالغ المودعه في المحفظه غير مسترجه فاحذرو ايداع اي مبلغ التطبيق فيه عطل من8 ايام ومش قادرين يصلحون العطل ولا يرجعون المبالغ رغم العطل

I love the app but It’s been around one month since my points are not being added for the WordBlue game . The add is updated. Is there any solution?

Last 3 days i m trying to redeem my blue wallet cash to recharge my du sim card. But it shows unsucessfull . Blue management not resonds when i contact the customer service so bad customer services👎👎👎

I have good experience with blue rewards but from yesterday I am facing an issue of points top up

The app needs a complete revamp and the company needs a new design & development team.

I get nothing from these loyalty program, except tons of sms that I’ve missed the cashback at IKEA. I didn’t understand how finally I should receive it. By the way, I’m working in IT company. Goodbye.
