Blue Rewards

I wa facing few times that after played the games and got the blue points but it is not added to the account, even though u won it!

Already filled in my data and it say i have register, yet when i login it keep on asking me new password. Waste of my tome.

Login using either mobile or email will just having error of duplicated ID. I’m not registering again, I'm trying to login, yet rejecting the login attempt. What a waste of time.

Mentioned if complete profile, will get 500 points. Completed the profile and profile showed as 100% completion, yet they don’t award 500 points. When written in to ask, also no response. Poor service Updated review: Response asked me to write in to provide more information, did it and total radio silence. Worse customer service and misleading information on earning points. Considering to delete this useless apps. Don’t bother to complete profile or refer friends. Just a gimmick. No extra point given. Forget it

App keeps crashing. It crashes at loading screen or once it’s in homepage, it freezes then crash. This is on iPhone 11 Pro Max (iOS 17.4)

Simply it is a useless app. Can not login. Better solve the problem or withdraw it from the App Store. I can not even send my feed back .... it is a joke

Teribble apps.now ive no reason to keep the apps and marks and spencers showing their digusting support to genocide!

Don’t waste your time. Unable to register. Keeps telling you the password is missing. As if we don’t know what passwords are.

Hi, blue I m very disappointed that i cant get my otp to reopen my blue, and i already sent an email last 2 month but no want give an feedback until now!!… And i only receive an email that say i will get back to me but until now i haven't get an answer from blue!!….. your blue reward app and helpdest are very poor and not responsible about all this matter!!…. Pls!!!….. be responsible of customer feedback!!!!!!!……….

After opening the app, it just keeps loading and loading, and gets to no where. You are stuck on the page and not able to navigate and press anything at all
