Blue Rewards

Every time I open the app, it crashes after a few seconds. This is extremely frustrating.

Downloaded the app. During registration it requires me to put in an code that I received via SMS. I am still waiting for this code a week later. No savings for me 😕

I was asked to download the app from M&S in Doha to earn points. I did that and was shown the voucher saying with my next purchase I’d receive 15% off. Now today the app won’t work. It says put in your number, no messages coming through. I ask the edit my password, sends an e-mail, won’t let me reset. Frustrating to have downloaded and wanting to use it and it won’t let me sign in.

No option for log in, will go straight in sign up, even I ask the support they advise to remove the app and download, but still need to put new email address. Even in the physical store no assistance to fix the issue.

Can’t even login into the application, all it shows is that it is loading and that’s it nothing else

Purchased a kitchen from Ikea , transaction is appearing in the lists but no points credited. Raised a ticket but no response whatsoever. Since they refreshed the app nothing is showing at all
