The app doesn’t work anymore. On 1st of January all offers disappeared and for a few days now I can’t access the app. When it will be fixed?

No option for log in, will go straight in sign up, even I ask the support they advise to remove the app and download, but still need to put new email address. Even in the physical store no assistance to fix the issue.

Can’t even login into the application, all it shows is that it is loading and that’s it nothing else

Purchased a kitchen from Ikea , transaction is appearing in the lists but no points credited. Raised a ticket but no response whatsoever. Since they refreshed the app nothing is showing at all

I tried logging in and it gives me the B logo and keeps loading forever so so so glitchy

I linked my Credit card and I DID NOT get the 5k points. i was charged 1dh too. its a scam!
