How can I use this app if can’t read Chinese :/

I need an English version of the App as I cannot comprehend Chinese.

Discovered from a review how to switch the language to English, yet even after making the adjustment, this app remains utterly useless. Disappointing.

Can’t use app as I can’t find the option to translate to English. This app is useless to me as a passenger!

Pointless downloading unless you can read Chinese as that’s the only available version. Really needs to be sorted out. Surely that can’t be too difficult.

Impossible find English version if exist!!!

Unusable if you don't know your Chinese

To help those who are seeking the app in English it is possible. You would need to tap on your profile at the bottom right then look to the top right and tap on the screw or cog and you will see a list in Chinese and you want to convert to English. Simply tap the second item from the list and it will give you the option to use English. It will ask you to sign in so to do that go on the official website and select fast registration and don’t translate the page as it won’t work. You will need to use two devices and translate the computer screen as you register for the site with your passport details it took me a while but once registered you get an ID number and you can then sign into the app. Hope this helps to anyone planning on using the app.

Accidentally found how to change the app to English. But then you have to enter your password, but it doesn’t let you set one up. At this rate I will not be able to get my flight. Will never book with them again. This app is a total waste of time. Infuriating!
