Support is terrible, only an AI that can’t provide me with an acctual email when the app doesn’t work.

I asked a support a question, they said they will get back to me on email but never did. You better say you cannot help then make people wait with no reason. Other than that it’s a great app, works well.

I can’t book a class because I get “reservation failed” every time. And support bot says “try again later”. The studio I’m interested has empty schedule. The trial doesn’t allow me to book a class in many studios - not something they communicated before asking for my credit card. Maybe I got unlucky and collected all these bugs. Otherwise I don’t understand how this app has good reviews and actual users.

I can almost never actually book a class. There only ever seems to be one spot available (max) for classpass, but there’ll be spaces available on the studio/gyms’ own website. The idea was for my girlfriend and I to do classes together but this is not possible with classpass.

False marketing. My trial was cancelled without notification. I don’t recommend this app to anyone who values their time.

Jag fick betala no-show avgift för varje pass på Fit4Life även om jag inte missade något pass. ClassPass bara fortsatte att dra avgifter från mitt kort. Jag kämpar fortfarande för att få tillbaka pengarna. Från ett annat gym fick jag veta att de inte längre arbetade med ClassPass, det efter jag bokade ett pass hos dem i appen.

It’s not clear how your credits are used and disappear Also they bug you to review eveyrtime, so reviews aren’t reliable either and just annoying. You have to select that you missed the class in order to not have to review it

I subscribed to ClassPass one year ago, and after I realised there were no good classes close to me, and after I got charged for classes that were cancelled I decided to cancel my membership. ClassPass kept charging me for 3months after cancelling. When I reached out to support they confirmed they will cancel it now and did not reimburse me. A couple of months later ClassPass started charging me again. It’s been one year I haven’t used the app and realised on my bank account I was being charged.

The technology of the app (especially availability of costumer service) = 1 star The actual app & usage of services = should get more stars

Absolute scam. Be careful before you pay for anything in this app. They will make you believe you can book things and then force you to pay things and change membership. But won’t be allowed to bring to next membership, but you can’t upgrade to actually book something that is worth spending your time doing? All the available classes are useless.
