This company promotes “lifetime subscriptions” and zero knowledge encryption that only users can access their cloud storage, only after less than a year, they access my files without any consent and permission then fraudulently claiming copyrighted material voids the service, then try to terminate the lifetime account. Sent many requests for answers, but no responses. They lure people into the so call lifetime subscription then break their promise of zero knowledge encryption, randomly pick any files to say you don’t own those files, allege you violate their policy, the so call appeal is a joke, no one will actually respond you. Like many others mentioned, they, in essence, are stealing people’s money in a long-term scam.

My free plan with 100GB dropped to 20GB.. Okey bye!

Used to be a 5star apps.. the reason we use this is the free storage and additional storage when we watch ad and play their games. But now suddenly they said paid money or terminate our account… brilliant way to get easy money!

One word to express my feelings while using this all. Frustrated. Here’s a list why: 1. Sometimes does not upload selected photos or videos. 2. There are pictures when once I have uploaded to this app and delete the pictures in my phone, the uploaded photo become blurry and pixelated. 3. I have edited some videos and pictures and when I uploaded to this app, it does not upload the edited version and upload the original version instead. 4. IT DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO DELETE SELECTED VIDEOS. I really hope that the developers would fix all of the things mention above as this app has a good potential.

Been 2 updates to this app so far this issue isn’t fixed. I was considering updating to premium versions but developers need to make the interface better and also just allow us to DELETE unwanted pics. Also this app needs an option for secures folder, password protected. The premium plans seem good value. But really the interface needs a lot of improvement.

I only found the option with Log in and Sign up Can't I login using my google account? Desktop version has it

I setup auto backup all my photo and it take ages before it can complete but the most frustrating is that it stuck at the last photo and its already more than 6hours. Developer hope you can fix this!!

It only uploaded 0.26% of my photos then stopped, not uploading anything even I left it opened for one night.
