Degoo: Online Cloud Storage

Very disappointed with this app, I have engaged my lawyers to look into this matters. All my photos can’t be retrieved back , disappointed for supporting this app for years . I will sue this company big time!

Degoo unable to download multiple files.

What is this nonsense? I paid the full price for the services and now they want to kick me out just because of some random file!!!!! You could block that file or remove that particular file, what rights do you have to terminate my account against my will despite paying for it? DO NOT PURCHASE DEGOO IS A SCAM

Received an email telling me that my account will be terminated due to copyright infringement. This company is taking the opportunity to terminate accounts with “lifetime plan”. Also, this shows they are secretly accessing users’ files, which contradicts with their claim to be a secure backup solution.

Uploading speed very slow. Pls improve the speed

This is the worst cloud I have ever used. It doesn’t upload multiple files at once even if you are using the fastest computer and fastest internet! It doesn’t upload raw files. So frustrated and disappointed. NEVER BUY!!

Uploading is easy, but downloading nested folders which has internal sub folders and files is not just difficult, it it TOTALLY impossible on ANY device. Desktop, tablet or mobile. They have discounted their MAC/PC app, and their web app doesn’t allow for a download of the whole folder either. Terrible.

100GB free is great, but many features are missing such as folders on the app
