Priority Pass™

The membership card keeps being removed from the app. Just yesterday I stod at an airport lounge and the card was again gone so could not enter the lounge.

Jag och min fru har varsitt medlemsskap och vi båda har haft problem med att komma in på launcher. Sist vi va i Bangkok fick vi betala för henne. Det nya systemet har inte funkat nåt bra för oss och vi ser oss om efter alternativ till Priority Pass.

I’ve been a member for many years it still feels like the IT team is stuck in 2004. Login does not work after resetting password. Stored password in password manager just stops working. It’s like they don’t want people to login, if they do. They really need to improve.

Att det inte finns en lounge tillgänglig på Norges största flygplats är katastrof.

The lounges offered are in most cases not up to par and far too crowded. One of the exceptions are Stockholm Arlanda terminal 5 maybe that level is a little above and beyond but somewhere in between should be a minimum. The fasttrack should also be included in ALL airports. Keep working at it.
