Take me there option doensn’t work. Keep on saying « we cannot connect your device to the map » my wifi and bluetooth are enabled.

Unstable. Crashes every time. No mall navigation as advertised

It lags a lot and sometimes the navigation does not work. Speed could be improved.

the alp is so slow i cant find anything i want shu ha they have to make the app better its been like this for year.

The size & number of elevators is horrible for strollers or people with wheel chairs we wait for alot of wasted time for an elevator & go through long queues Its a very big mall you should have designed it better than this with more facilities Also the toilets & baby changing rooms needs improvement Mall of the emirates is alot more convenient for families

Dubai mall apps is connected with emirates skywards, where u can earn miles while shopping at the mall.

You Regarding the shopping points transfer to miles, instead of scanning the invoices every time, why there no direct connection. The same system is available at Darna app of yas mall Abu Dhabi, more convenient.
