Dubai Mall

The app is poorly coded, slow, and cumbersome to use for such a luxury mall as Dubai Mall.

As much as I am happy with the point system, I have to say I am very disappointed as most of my big ticket invoices were not acknowledged . Shame

Used to the navigation is not working - even app restarted. It shows my position and I select the destination (navigate) but nothing happens. Unusable.

There are so many steps, first you need to take a picture, then you need to report the store, then you need to write down the day, and then how much it costs. It would be great if you could just take a picture and send it.

I stayed in Dubai for about 10 days. I have already been to this mall 4-5 times. I love the selection of the stores and how clean and relaxed the entire mall is.

It takes too long to verify the receipts?

I like it. I hope the receipts I scanned can go through. I actually bought a Channel Hand bag approximately two years ago. Can I scan it as well?

Impossible to find stores. Location services don’t work. Very frustrating as the shopping is also not well signed.
