I don’t get to buy any ticket with this app. It didn’t help me at all. It’s slow. It doesn’t work.

The latest update crashed my TDM app. I cannot open anything within the app. The support isn’t available for online claims.

It lags a lot and sometimes the navigation does not work. Speed could be improved.

the alp is so slow i cant find anything i want shu ha they have to make the app better its been like this for year.

The size & number of elevators is horrible for strollers or people with wheel chairs we wait for alot of wasted time for an elevator & go through long queues Its a very big mall you should have designed it better than this with more facilities Also the toilets & baby changing rooms needs improvement Mall of the emirates is alot more convenient for families

Dubai mall apps is connected with emirates skywards, where u can earn miles while shopping at the mall.
