I got the app as I was a tourist in Dubai. The app was great at identifying the location of the stores and activities…at first. I liked the feature of the tracking your location, creating a route to the store to follow and showing nearby stores. However with further use, it led me to walk alot more to get to a specific store. For example, for a restaurant that was on the third floor, the app made me go all the way down to the first floor to take an escalator on the other side of the mall….when I was on the second floor. The app did this multiple times and made it very frustrating and wasted time and energy. It also inaccurately identified my current location, froze multiple times and ironically made me get lost more times than not. The signs in the mall are more accurate and useful than this app.

Bad

At this day and age one would expect a virtual tour experience of the mall with updated store fronts, maps and offers from the comfort of home. This app doesn’t offer any enhancement for the distance shopping.

It lags a lot and sometimes the navigation does not work. Speed could be improved.

i try to call them no when answer me

the alp is so slow i cant find anything i want shu ha they have to make the app better its been like this for year.

The size & number of elevators is horrible for strollers or people with wheel chairs we wait for alot of wasted time for an elevator & go through long queues Its a very big mall you should have designed it better than this with more facilities Also the toilets & baby changing rooms needs improvement Mall of the emirates is alot more convenient for families
