I shopped via eBay the item was not delivered, case closed without resolution or refund

Since I replaced the order on Feb 28, 2024 i didn't get the product I paid for.. tracking tool takes you to a Chinese website !! No replies, dispute the many messages I sent to ebay & to the seller as well !!!! What should I understand ?
Bad communication
Listed as drafts 17 items to start automatically but it didn’t happen. Now I’m trying to activate and I’ve had to submit all sorts of documents and you’ll get in touch between 2-7 days!
No refund option
They removed the refund option and also seller can remove negative feedback so nothing you can do when you receive something not working other than waste your time and money to return it back
Best bye and sell app
I’m shopping with eBay, and I tried other app but I didn’t find better than this. I can see the items by real photos taken by the seller and It’s guarantee money back if my item not reached. Thanks for eBay and I’m always shopping from this app only.

For the last few weeks ebay became very slow either on app or web Hope if there will be some improvement

Last December I ordered something and I did not want it so I returned it now the seller isn’t giving me a refund and eBay no help no action nothing at least you just contact or take action against a seller like this I got a loss of 153 they should help
