Worst application ever, I am from Lebanon and I purchased for items, my account got restricted for no reason, they asked me to send them few documents to show them my identity, and I did Yet my account is still restricted and I lost the money I paid for the purchases.
Why not shipping to Lebanon noting that many people are trying to get items from ebay
Why dont you ship to Lebanon noting that there are many citizens interested to buy stuff from you
I placed more than 10 orders over the last 18 months. Unfortunately at least 3 orders were not delivered and ended up canceling the order with a refund. However, in one of the orders from superstorebargainzone the supplier delivered the wrong items after 2 months delay. I then reported the case to the supplier who promised to resend the correct items and requested me to close the case in ebay to avoid penalties. I reported the same to ebay and closed the case then waited for several months (close to 8 months after several reminders and promises by the supplier to deliver but nothing happened. I then asked for full refund but the supplier whose answer was”sorry your order is out of date for exchange/refund, so there is nothing we can do “ I then then asked ebay’s intervention and support but they went totally silent. I therefore don’t see the value of their customer protection as they did nothing to refund me back. So be careful when buying from ebay and especially from superstorebargainzone store .
I am really disappointed for being not able to purchase anything by my credit card. I don’t have PayPal account and I don’t want to open an account, so the site is useless.....honestly purchasing from amazon is less complicated.
I payed for a product and my product still fid not reach me it was supposed to be with me from 5/6 month till now its not available and did not reach me
