No 2fa or Europe region

In the year 2024 you can’t add your own 2fa - forces sms (which is panned by security professional) or ‘app’ verify which is useless if you don’t have or lose your phone. Also Europe region should be a thing since it is in competitor apps.

Tiny little annoyances and a big one

After many years away I am using eBay again and…I should’ve stuck with the website. The app seems to work, but it is buggy in a tiny little annoyances way. The biggest annoyance is, that the content of the listings on the app don’t match those on the website. I bid recently on one item and accepted offer from another seller and there was no indication on the listing on the app, that both of the sellers had limited where they would ship items to. No ”this item does not ship to your country” text in red (I have seen that only on one australian listing). There was just a ”ask seller about postage”-text. Only when I clicked the pay now button, the app let me know of the limitation. When I went to check the listings on the website, the mention of the shipping limitations was available straight away. When my current purchases have arrived, I will most likely delete the app from my ipad.
