eBay marketplace: shopping app

Aplikace je skvělá,jen nerozumím jedné věci. Proč se u aukce dozvím,že končí za 11:37 minut? Proč tam není napsáno,že končí ve 20:14? Proč to musím počítat?Když budu vědět,že končí 20:14 tak si dám na 20:12 upomínku a je to hotové. Děkuji

The app requires an update(doesn’t work without it) but it doesn’t allow end exceptions for those devices that only have 15.8.x version available.

I ordered an item but never received it. And I never got a refund after I submitted a ticket to rectify, it was $163. The seller claimed it was one of a kind & was the last one, but after purchase another immediately appeared. Never saw the item so unsure if it was authentic. The seller closed the return period after I submitted the complaint, they claimed to have sent it again and then eBay just closed the ticket without resolving the problem, I can’t even log back into the original ticket (their email claims I can) nor can I write a negative review for the seller. Very disappointed. Never using eBay again. They make false promises and let people rip you off.

No buyer protection, only seller protection. The seller will send you the damaged goods and does not have to return even part of the money. eBay even deletes negative reviews for such sellers. it used to be a server where I liked to shop and not worry about something damaged or broken. eBay has always resolved the issue in favor of the buyer.

After last update - we’re not able to send offers to potential buyers, actually we’re not able to even see that there is a interested party. Last update = 👎🏻 Please resolve it asap, anything else is perfect👌🏻

Why this change? When I choose “item description” it will open small window. There are sometimes photos in it - very small now. Before update there was full screen view…

Even if I have automatic translations turned off, the app still translates the titles of each auction, including the names of manufacturers and brands, into my language in such an imperfect and ridiculous way that it is often impossible to guess what is being offered for sale. Why can't the user choose English as the only app's language? For years before there was no other option for us and everything worked perfectly, but most importantly it was immediately clear what items were being offered.

In the web interface you can write a note to each article… not in the app. Filtering options are also lackluster in some cases. E.g. by countries.
