eBay Marketplace: Shop & Sell

Unfortunately I login after many years and the app just doesn’t respond at all ! Completely useless !! I try to login and it freezes … everything I do it freezes !! Fix your app guys ! I even shock the phone to leave feedback and that didn’t work either …

Tried to redownload the app and I can’t even log in without using my ‘Apple id code’ that id use to unlock my phone. Despite entering the correct pass code it won’t let me into the app. It also won’t let me in without updating payment details but I never even purchased anything. So scammy, never downloading this again, what the hell eBay

This is so frustrating. I want to see listings in Australia but instead I see used simple domestic appliances that cost $25 but the postage is $154 from the US or UK. This used to be possible but the functionality has been removed. There used to be a filter called Item Location. Effectively this makes the app unusable.

I used to trust ebay but not anymore They did not even look at my case and gave an outcome Unsatisfactory

Generally have had a very positive experience with eBay however recently I had a problem with a faulty Makita Lithium Battery that would not charge the second time I tried on charger. I messaged seller as directed but no replies. I thought at the very least that I would have a message from eBay administration. Not good enough! Regards Nigel Frampton

I have just sold a camera. I am in New Zealand and the purchaser is in the US. First of all I could not list it via the app. I had to use the website. The postage was nearly impossible to list. Took me an hour. The item finally sold and I’ve been charged US sales tax, despite not living there, and over 20% in fees. This is disgusting. EBay are greedy thieves, do not use them.

This app has been high quality and reliable for more than a decade. Just recently something changed and I am now forced to re-authenticate (via text which doesn’t work because it can’t cope with a New Zealand phone number, or via email) every few days! It’s completely ridiculous and so frustrating. Security gone mad. Please make this app usable again.

Hard to navigate site

Just loaded update because app would not work (just searching message). Issue not resolved post most recent update. Extremely annoying. No function at all - just blank. Can’t even attempt sign out and sign in again as blank screen. Sunday Sept 24 - update 3hrs old. Total loss of functionality.

I wish the app let me add things to my watchlists which I created not just a general list
