Book directly with the car rental company there is no reason to use a middle booking company. After you prepay there is no help. If there are any issues with your reservations they will not help. You cannot reach help them except by leaving a message through the help centre online submission. Any “amendments” must be done 48 hrs in advance so if your flight is delayed and you didn’t use your full legal name you just lost all your money.

Avoid using this app to book your rental. They are not transparent at all with the price and hidden fees. I got a price of 1400$ (23$ per day) for 55 days to book a rental. I made sure I read all the fine print to avoid any surprises. Upon booking and putting down a deposit, I get the contact info of the car rental agency who doesn’t provide their actual address or location until you are pass the time frame when the deposit is no longer refundable. Upon receiving the address and location i then see the reviews of the place and find out I just got completely scammed. Hoping I am wrong, I reach the place and they tell me all the hidden fees / mandatory insurance and all these other fees which aren’t communicated at all on this app. The price of the rental literally more than doubled from 1400$ to 2900$!!! It was either I take the rental at that point or completely lose my deposit. Avoid this app like the plague!!

This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Despite making arrangements to pick up a car, I was told upon arrival that I did not have the proper documentation, and the staff's behavior was not pleasant. They did not communicate any of this information to me beforehand, causing unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided. I have attempted to contact the call center number multiple times, but I have not received any response. Additionally, I have also submitted a request through the app, but I have not received any update on the status of my request. I am not sure why it is taking so long for my issue to be addressed.

These guys are total scammers. Please avoid

If you book anywhere and need to cancel they will charge you 60 euros. What a scam. It’s in their fine print as well as only for use within the Province which I didn’t notice. Tried to cancel 10 minutes after booking but no choice. Had to pay their scam admin fee. Stay away

No options like canceling available only you can book car

It says free cancellation 48 hours in advanced, don’t believe them. They actually just give you a voucher for less than you actually gave them as you have to pay for their conversion fees. The only reason I cancelled was because as a student, my cc has a limit of 1000$ on it and the car rental company would like a hold of 2500 otherwise we wouldn’t be given the car. Most stressful experience, never booking with them again.

I will also report this app to Apple. They don’t offer any real help or support. I got scammed by one of their providers and they refused to give me my money back. You will do better with the real top brands.

Please avoid they charge you a booking fee and a cancellation fee for doing nothing more than you can do yourself. Communicate with rental company’s direct. This will provide you maximum flexibility and allow early returns free from penalties. Terrible customer service

Used economy bookings numbers times and always found their booking website easy to use, prices always comparable. Their customer service number however doesn’t work all the time and the wait times are long. Hopefully you don’t have issues and have to call in.
