Взял машину в Милане. Условия которые вам на месте отличаются от тех что предлагают на месте. Переплатите дважды или останетесь без машины. Машины дают сильно хуже тех которые вы заказали

Some rent companies in the app don’t exist, they are just fraud companies, that pretends to be well known brands with slight different logo or 1 different letter in the name. For example I have booked a car on Malta from company “United rent a car” which is not exist and this is just fraud. But real company name is “autounion car rental”. So you need to be careful with the supplier and look really careful it the company exist.

Арендовали автомобиль через Economy Booking в RecordGo, оплатили стоимость автомобиля, страховку полную, помощь на дороге, полный бак в общем все, что нам нужно было, оставалось по прилету оплатить 77€ за молодого водителя и естественно депозит на месте уже в RecordGo. Но как мы прилетели и пришли забирать машину, то нам сказали оплачивать снова страховку, за молодого водителя дополнительно и за полный топливный бак. На месте в RecordGo сказали что компания EconomyBokking не отвечает за страховку и все вышеперечисленное. Сейчас мы не можем даже вернуть деньги, т.к. в приложении нас заблокировали и мы не можем написать в поддержку, читайте и не делайте наших ошибок!

Сплошной обман . Помощи нету . Номера это автоответчик

Обманули. Арендовал авто. Когда приехал не было брони. Запросил возврат денег. Переписывался с автоответчиком. Сказали рассмотрят в течении 30 дней. Деньги так и не вернули. Прошло 4 месяца. Даже ничего не написали

Absolutely useless and raw service. Impressive choice at the begonning, but after you pay there come problems. No notification on mail, website app did not see my booking, had to write to support, they sent direct link to somewhere, but still no sign of booking on app or website. When came to airport, could not obtain car for special rules in the renting company. As you can assume, nowhere to claim. Money prepaid have not been given back. In the middle of the night stayed with no car in the middle of other country, had to use expensive taxi. Do not advise you to use this service, for me - no more. Wish this service to end up soon

Disappointed and Outraged – Avoid This Company! This company blatantly stole my money and refuses to refund it, citing contract terms. I purchased full insurance through Economybookings.com to avoid having $1500 blocked on my credit card. However, upon arrival at SOLO, I was informed that the insurance was provided by Economybookings.com and not SOLO, and the deposit was still required. Furthermore, I had no opportunity to cancel the booking in a timely manner due to the terrible customer support. Each response from their support team took several days, and during this time, I could not resolve the issue. As a result, I was unable to use the services I paid for. This company not only fails to provide adequate customer support but also hides important conditions in the fine print, misleading customers. I strongly advise against using their services. You will lose your money and your peace of mind!

Пахнет обманом, деньги не вернули и на телефон не дозвониться никак! Никому не советую ! Обратной связи нет.

Отвратительное приложение ,бронирую машину приезжаю ,машин в наличие нету ,бронирую другую машину на папу ,прихожу забирать машину ,на депозитной карте нету имени ,машину так и не снял ,но деньги сняли ,служба поддержки говорит оформляйте возврат средств ,написал ,сказали ждать возврат денег от 5 до 28 дней ,сервис ужасный не советую им пользоваться,как итог минус 300$ ,и машины нету
