I booked cars many times with this company and hav never had any issue by this year. Now I cannot reset the password for my account which had been used for several years - the web page tells me my email is not confirmed. How can this be? I dropped multiple e-mails to support team where asked to help me to send the link to my e-mail (which is same e-mail as used for account) to reset the password - no response at all. I called by phone - the manager told me to keep writing e-mails rather than to call them. This is the only painful moment preventing me from the high rate of this app/company.

Do not book with them The price is hire then other companies and you gonna pay extra coverage At least do not buy coverage in the app

So I booked originally after shopping around online on laptop for best deal, but then when I downloaded the app on my phone (after I had a booking confirmation from laptop) there was NO where on app to add a Confirmation booking reference for a booking made on laptop. So app became useless.

Useless for me. Can’t be used to access booking already made via website.

I’ve lost my money thru this app. Their Bank is in Latvia and u can’t take them back. I’ve already reported this app and I will try to claim my money back....

Bizarre - there are dates missing on the calendar so I don’t seem to be able to book the dates I need?!?!

I searched for a car then chose the rate indicated. The price for the hire was £98. It then indicated that my credit card details were required for this amount. However, when i entered the credit card details only £12 was taken. The £98 remains outstanding. Feels like theft by default , when you dont clearly advise how much is being taken and for what reason.

As another reviewer has said, the website states that if you use the app you will get a discount. In fact the cars on the app are more expensive (£5 for the car we wanted, over a week). Also, the email function doesn’t work. Will probably go elsewhere, as this company seems unreliable.
