The car rental did not take place due to the fault of the rental agency (they promised to refund the money), but the booking service refuses to do so, citing terms in the agreement that are irrelevant to the issue. Correspondence with the booking service has been fruitless; they cannot explain the reason for the refusal and are not responding to emails.

Не оплачивайте вперед. Под любым предлогом вы машину не получите. Деньги удержат. И возврат не сделают. Потеряете время и деньги. Обходите стороной. Проверено.

Сделайте фильтр по негативным отзывам и почитайте их. Всех кидают на деньги. Хвалебные отзывы заказные

Машину отказались выдавать, деньги не вернули. Потребовали сразу 2 кредитные карты(что не было написано в условиях). Машины нужной не было, предложили другую, но не выдали, и деньги не вернули(160 евро)
