I just want to set up my home charger to charge between certain times, every day. But it goes off online for days at a time, configuration changes take hours to “take” and the app is as clear as mud what is going on, with zero support options. Choose a different charge point. I wish I had!
Previous app was fine for home charging. Forced to update to this one and can’t now change vehicle from my father-in-law’s car, which it detected, back to the main vehicle. Just get an entirely pointless error message “something went wrong”. I’d like to know how anyone can troubleshoot from that description. I would certainly not trust this to manage public charging. Very poor and very disappointed. Would definitely not recommend.
Moved to this as the old app is being disabled. The charging history is wrong, you cannot see when the car was actually being charged. Utterly useless.
If you start in Italy fine. Travel to Spain and every charger is “busy”. Fix that by creating a new account (customer service say “you downloaded the wrong app for the country”, but no there is only one app) and then cross a border to another country and it’s broken again. As a single country app it’s fine but for travelling across borders forget it.
Since the last few days flat tariffs subscriptions are not available anymore , only option it the pay as you go that is basically useless, I hope they’ll fix it soon
Nothing ever seems to work. Won’t accept our card when trying to initiate charge. Also always shows busy and won’t let start a charge. No cover over instruction screen so can’t read in the blinding sunshine
That is the practice of scammers. The only notification I got was, your car is charged at 100% and your free time is now over, you will be paying the minute rate if you do not unplug the car right now. Can’t you send a notification before the free waiting time is over so I can have time to come and unplug the car without getting ripped off?
UX is not good. Seems more interested in collecting your data than making it easy to charge you car. It has taken me nearly an hour to load all of my details and I still cant add a card to pay and start charging
The app has a frustrating tendency to log itself out and does not appear to have facial recognition.
Super slow, keeps on crushing and after trying several times I had to rely on the Tesla Supercharger to actually get things sorted
